I am looking to travel to India during February 2011 to Mumbai. I have seen couple of websites wherein a return ticket to Mumbai is costing around $1370.

Any suggestions on where can I get some cheaper options for the same

You should shop around with a couple of travel agents.
For travel to India, travel agencies fares are almost always better than web fares (unless there is a super-duper web sale going on at that moment).
Search Charcha for previous threads and references of travel agencies.
Also, check the classifieds link at the top.
I'm sure you can find reference of at least half-a-dozen travel agents.

Strangely enough we got a price from the web and shopped around with local travel agents in Brampton, desi's and non desis and we found the airline online rate was cheaper than any travel agent. When we produced the print out the travel agents said they would match it but would have to pay a 50$ service fee per ticket for printing of tickets and booking if we booked online we can save that 50$!
