I am getting Prime minus 0.75 for 5 year closed from BMO

is this a good rate ?

My closing is mid of november

Should I wait for better deal from say TD, RBC etc.. ?

Is it possible to get Prime minus 0.8 or 0.85 in this market ?

I just spoke to CIBC, they offered me prime minus 0.7 or at the most 0.75

Any one getting prime minus 0.95 please share as to what bank is offering or is it any mortgage broker giving that deal.
I am banking with TD and the best they are offering right now is prime minus 0.75.
I think it will help a lot of desis on the forum.
Also can any one share what is the best rate for 5 year fixed out there in the market ?
