Our child, born outside Canada, will be travelling on TRV along with us to Toronto to settle with us permanently. We will apply for my child's sponsorship from Canada from Mississauga. However, we are not meeting the 730 days residency requirements on our PR status when we return (15days less).
Question - will my child's sponsorship be refused as we do not meet the recidency requirements?

Thank you Freddie.
To sponsor a dependent child (when child is on TRV status in Canada) is possible only if the sponsors (parents) meet the residency requirements (i.e. 730 days).
In our case we do not meet this requirement (short of 15 days as per the PR expiry date) hence may be denied to sponsor the child.
Anyways we will still apply and pray.
Anymore info in this regard will be greatly appreicated.
Many thanks in advance.
