My timeline so far:

We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on May 4, 2009.

We started processing your application on December 7, 2009.

Your file was transferred to the Mississauga CIC office on March 19, 2010. The Mississauga CIC office will contact you if additional information is required. The Mississauga CIC office will contact you regarding your citizenship test once all the necessary checks on your file are complete.

Your file was transferred to the Mississauga CIC office on March 19, 2010. The Mississauga CIC office will contact you if additional information is required. The Mississauga CIC office will contact you regarding your citizenship test once all the necessary checks on your file are complete.

My file was transfered to Mississauga CIC office in January 2010 and I got a letter on 18th May informing that the Citizenship test will be on 25th June.

So in your case I would say you would get a letter in July with interview in August.

Same thing showing on my status too...

I applied on June 3rd 2009..................

Hope will get some answer from CIC office for Test.

We
- applied in Jul 2009
- received reply in Feb 2010.
- File transferred to Mississauga office in April 2010.

Along the lines of responses from others, I should hear something around August to September. My PR cards expires in Nov 2010, I really don't want to spend any money renewing it (that would be three people).

My application for Citizenship has been received by CIC in April 2009, started processing in November 2009.But yet to receive the date for Exam. I have no idea when I will be getting the date. Is there any one in this group is waiting for like me?. I mean who has been applied in April 2009 from Mississauga .

How does one know when the file is tranferred to Mississauga? Is there any communication from CIC or Mississauga Office ?
