Guys, I am confuse about marriage certificate..
someone just told me that i need to have COURT marriage certificate from india...but i never went to court to sign anything.
It was an arrange marriage so After nikah my wife's family did bring some paper work for me to sign and the certificate i have says MEMORENDUM OF MARRIAGE.
is it same as court marriage cetificate.
hope it is cuz im not looking forward to go back to india rite now
please can someone help me with this?

This looks impressive and I am sure that is a good looking one. See if you can get it validated by the Indian Courts. There must be a service that is available to do that. Spend a few more Rupees. Make it look authentic with a court SEAL.

I am sending the application in next week but before i do i would have some questions.

1) does the COPY of the marriage certificate have to be Notarized either from india or canada?

2) do the copies of school results have to be Notarized?

3) The only original copy we have to send is Medical exam and police clearance?

she only studied till 12th grade so her 10th 12th grade results are in english other than that..everything else in gujarati.
do we have to get those gujarati results in to english?

I believe any document you submit which is not in English/French has to be translated to English or French using an approved translation service.
