Even though we do not think job websites help most people as they only have mostly agencies advertising for very special skills. We think applying directly to companies is the most effective way to find a job in this market as most companies do not use agencies. Applying directly helps you access the hidden job market where 80% of jobs are not even advertised.

If you are not on "Linked-In" we would highly recommend you get on it as its become the largest site for professionals in your field. Join the groups and connects with them. The best way to find a job is through a reference.

If you remember, some 3 or 4 years ago, WAFY got 2 CD members jobs free of charge (as a promo). But that was when the economy was red hot.
His recent advt. in another forum , did not go well with the local canadians.
