1.We had landed on 8/8/2009 and applied for CCTB. We have received the following message "You are eligible, but we cannot determine the amount of CCTB. Provide the following - Your world income for period in 2008 before you entered Canada and Your spouse's world income"
What should we do, should we sent again the Statement of income page with same amounts as given before. We had shown o for my wife since she was not working.

2. We had applied for OSAP for our son who is going to Universty. The status of OSAP shows on hold.In the check list of items to provide it shows "A copy of your father's (parent 1) 2008 Notice of Assessment from Canada Revenue Agency showing amounts in line 236".

Since we landed only in August 2009 we do not have this. Advice from seniors who have experience in these subjected shall be appreciated.
