I paid $1350 for two bedrooms when the market was hot in 2005. Now, I guess you could get a better deal. Good indoor pool and tennis courts on the property and a park next to the building if you have kid's.

Now also the rates are in the same range. recently i tried in webdrive for 2 bedroom..most of them are in 1350 to 1400 range.
You can try 1 & 33 elm drive(two towers corner of hurantario/elm drive) as well

Someone also suggested 'Don mills' area...is that a more expensive place to rent? schools etc ?? any reviews ?

I used to pay $900 for 2 bedroom but that was 2 years back
