What about local tutors. I've heard they are good and reasonable

I am not sure whether you have already been able to arrange for this. However, I have a suggestion. The online tutoring websites or a local tutor could possibly be a litle expensive.
There are a number of freelancers that an do this teaching work for you. You could post this requirement a teaching project on any of the freelancing websites on the internet giving details of work and duration of the project. Freelancers can bid for it and then depending on the costs that people bid on, you could shortlist a few and then select one amongst them.
