Please refer below my profile details and kindly let me know in which category I can apply from India.
Education: Bachelor Degree in Engg. (16 years of full time study) =20 points
Ability in English: IELTS, attended on Sep 2008 (L -> 6.5, R-> 6.5, W-> 6, S- 6,5) Claiming 12 points = 12 points
Experience: More than 5 years of IT experience = 21 points
Age = 10 Points
Adaptability: Principal Applicant or Spouse / Common-Law Partner has
worked in Canada Worked full-time in Canada for at least one year.
I was in Toronto on Work permit for 1.1 Years (Oct, 2006 to Nov, 2007) = 5
Total points = 68 Points

Note: I have Bachelor Degree in Engg (In Mechanical stream). Currently, I have more than 5 years work experience in Indian IT Company. My current job title is Program Analyst.
As a Program Analyst, I have below responsibilities:
1. Manage all communication between software integration team and the client.
2. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients and gathering system requirements
3. Provide Technical Solutions to meet client requirements
4. Create Technical Design Documents to meet client requirements
5. Design application, Reports and Setting timelines to meet client requirements
6. Manage development/integration of sub-segment or entire project
7. Conduct Training session for software integration team and the client
8. Organizing and Conducting weekly status meetings
9. Leadership for junior developers, programmers and others software engineers
10. Develop policies & procedures for better smooth run of project.
Few examples are
• Monitor/Review the quality of work done by software integration team,
• Client feedback up completion of work,
• Knowledge transfer from one team member to others or client,
• Make resource plan during emergency or leave,

I am lit bit confuse about new rule and category SW1. I have checked cic website and came to know that Skilled worker category 1 (38 Occupations) having one NOC code - 0213 (Computer and Information Systems Managers).

0213 has these responsibilities ( duties) :
Computer and information systems managers perform some or all of the following duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP) departments and companies
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development
• Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines

My current job title is Program Analyst. I would like to know
1. Can my job responisibilities come under 0213 job duties? can i apply my application under SW1?
2. Will my Job (Program Analyst) title make difference if i apply under Skilled worker category 1 (0213 -Computer and Information Systems Managers)? if not, then what kind of employer documents have to submit?
3. what is processing time in India under new rule?
