i would filling the sponsership papers for My Parents in few days....

But recently some one told me that they have increased the time to 7 YEARS FOR THE FAMILY IMMIGRATION.

I checked the official website http://www.cic.gc.ca" rel="nofollow">LINK

But it is still showing the old timeline

I AM REALLY TENSE AND CONFUSE.

Any body who can give me any updated information , would be very thankfull.

Can you call CIC to confirm?

I read the timeline which says
27 months for the In Canada portion

and

New Delhi 5 -33 months.

Individual cases and timelines can depend on many factors. I would be more inclined to go by what is posted as apparently they update the site weekly.
