Again i would say that sounds more like your personal view point then any hard facts .... as you can see in the attached maps http://www.mississauga.ca/file/COM/district_landuse.swf There is no residential area directly in the flight path. Check the green area along the west acess to the airport.

Pearson International is already far from Toronto. Move it further and it will not be an international airport in Toronto
