yes your wife is going to be angry. but tell her that she will feel silly for shouting at you later on.

When we first came to canada, my husband also did soemthing like that - money wasting and careless.

my reaction to the incident was so over the top...that i feel ashamed for it. so tell her to be in control, try to fix the situation..rahter than get angry over spilt milk as there are people out there who regret getting soo very angry when the blameless husband was just careless and cant do anything after the fact.

To the person who started this post...i dont think they were intentionallly trying to discrimiate between ontarions or otherwise. it is similar to the posts which are networkng for people from delhi or networking for people from bombay in a way..I guess it is a matter of opinion.

I did not know abt other provinces till irock pointed it out. I thought it was holiday only in ON. That's why I said Ontarions. I knew the folks in QC were working that day.
