Recently I started my own business of insurance and have to market my business by sending hundred s emails to so many prospectus customers but I don't know how to send group emails and hiding other receipents . I mean I donot want to share email ids of my customers to everyone. I am sending emails individually changing email ids that is very time consuming and little bit lengthy procedure. I have my email on gmail.I tried to find ready made program so I can send my message to group without sharing cutomers ids.
Please suggest.

You can send it by putting all the receipents in the 'bcc' column in your compose email window. You might need to have atleast 1 receipent in your 'to' column - maybe yourself. Just remember that this kind of mailing may get filtered out by most SPAM filters....

You can try a group mailing software in which you can personalize the emails such as inserting their first names in the body of the email. You can use google or download.com to find one.

Either what Rajcanada said or, if you are comfortable with unix, a small unix script. (I generally keep away from free software as many comes with advertisement bots)
