My brother's wife sponsored him in february and still he has not got his visa. they asked for some documents in start of may and that was submitted more than a month back. Is it normal as my wife got her visa within 3 months of applying....
is there anyone else on the same boat...

I am assuming we are talking about the New Delhi post, since different visa posts have different processing times.
Based on current processing times, New Delhi takes anywhere between 3 to 6 months. Check this link - http://cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/05-fc-spouses.asp#asia

Yes i am talking about New Delhi post. I am aware of the page you provided, just wanted to know if others are waiting as well in similar situation.
Seems this time has gone up a little i know my cousin got his visa in 3 months.
