You need not to worry this is a positive signal from them. Send them the documents they have asked. Can you please let us know when you received the letter and what was the letter date?

Well the letter only mentions that your interview has been waived and so
in order to continue your assessment please send us all the updated forms
back again and any relevant change in work exp, education and other then
mention it in the forms and send supporting documents in order to make a
decision in 90 days.

I have completed my medicals two months back. How much time does it take to get the final visa ? I applied in March 2002.

Genrally it should not take more than 3 Months. You may wait for another month more. Or else please refer your Letter Carefully and check whether they have requested yout to send your Passport for stamping of Visa at their Embassy in NewDelhi or not. If yes, then please send your & accompanying members' Passport to Delhi for Visa Stamping.
