Whether we can have some link or platform where if anybody has any issue or concern with the governement agencies, they can post there.

We can notify the different governement agencies and major companies public relations departments about this website. I beleive that they will be too glad to ensure that they are not losing their customer base in our community. It will help lot of new commers who do not know how to handle their grievances with any company or department
At present theydiscuss their issues in charcha but for no resolution as those companies involved are not accessing under that.
Better to have common platform for such purposes.

We have Public Services section. Is that not enough for people to put complains?

Or should have have a subsection under it as "Complains"?

Second, we need to approach companies for answering these questions. How many of them will respond is a question.

But this is really good to have.
