Hi all,
Could any one please help me out. Four months earlier, when i was a grad student I applied for a visit visa to my wife and we were unsucesfull. Now I am moving on to post graduate work permit and going to reapply for visit visa for my wife. Could any one please let me know your suggestion in reapplying. i.e do I have to still show a huge bank balance and properties. And how much is the sucess rate with work permit? Advance Thankz to all those who read this message.

Can you please provide us the with the details of your sponsorship, however painful it is to relate to us.
Also, did they tell you or provide you with a reason or with a generic letter.
Now you have to re-vamp and take it to the next level and do the same with a lot more disclosures and do it better.
For this we need additional material and a lot of information too.
Can you do that?

I tought, no one is intersted in answering my question. Thank you so much for replying to my question. These are the reasons they gave:
1. You have not statisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident. In reaching the decision, I considered several factors, including:
a. Your travel history
b. Your family tiesin Canada and in your country of residence
c. Your current employment status
d. Your personal assets and financial status
e. I am not satified that you have sufficient funds, including income or assets to carry out your stated purpose in going to Canada or to maintain yourself while in Canada and to effect your departure
f. Your host in Canada has not demonstrated that her/she has sufficient funds to support your visa.

hi jsad to my knowledge the officer was quite strict in your case. well when my hubby was studying in canada he sent me an invitation letter, which i used after 6 months from the date of issue, and i was not having a good bank balance, so my brother in law from back home, provided me his bank statement and saying that he will take care of my expenses and my hubby too was not having a good bank balance at that time as he was on student visas
Well i applied the visit visas from abu dhabi and got approved within 2 days- it was a good decision to come here and i got a good job within the next months around 38000 k which is quite good for a beginner and so from that time we have step from visit visas to PR and now going to apply for our citizenship next month.
In your case it is better to find a good lawyer who can help you submit your paper. You can also mentioned that you need mental support during your studies and your wife will return back home as your parents are old and she needs to take care of them and you will returned back after studies to start your own business etc.
It is should more convincing application, well best luck.
