Hi All

It would be helpful if you guys could share your recent experience regarding inviting your friends and family on Visitor Visa!!

Does someone have any idea if the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi has a quota for issuing visitor visas? And if yes, is it really difficult to get a visitor visa if we want to invite someone during Summer.

to my knowledge there is no quota.

but if you are inviting any one over , the documentation has to be in proper order and the proof of burden to show that the candidate leaves canada after the stipulated period is most important.


--your employment information
--invitation letter
--applying candidates information ( employment , bank statements, assets, return ticket etc )
--any supporting documentation to this extent
--above all the ability to answer the questions of the visa officer correctly
