Hi,

I was wondering, if someone has had part-time jobs during student days, jobs like at mcdonalds and other fast-food resturant jobs, but there is no proof of working there (no contract letter, no reference letter), don't even remember the dates as it was long time back,
what to do in that case, while filling the forms?

should we write a note occampanying the application explaining the situation or any other way to go around it.

Thanks

best is to list in work history and then if there's no documentary proof, simply say so. As long as you are not lying, there's nothing to worry about.

Thanks massood,

does the same work history also needs to be included in the CV?
(CV is for selling oneself, and space is limited)

Is CHC going to ask us to contact the employers (fast-food resturants)and ask us to get references from them, as I don't think the employers would even remember employees who worked there 3-5 years ago.

Only if the job is of significance to your application. If it is not counted towards your 'years of experience', then don't bother. Besides, the CV is not the focus of a visa officer.

Reputable restaurants will keep proper records. Others might not. Don't worry. we'll cross that bridge ...
