Baby's travel documents for return

Hi. Me and my wife are Indian citizens living as PRs in Canada for the past 3 years. Our 10 month old baby has a Canadian Passport. We also got her passport stamped with a visitor visa for India. My wife is planning a trip to India with the baby for about 3 months.
My Question is: Apart from the baby's passport, do we need any other travel documents to safely return to Canada after 3 months?

The only important document she needs to carry with her all the time is your authorisation that as the father you permit your wife to travel with your kid overseas..please search the forum on this issue, it has been discussed before.

Regarding the return to canada, your kid is a citizen and RIGHT to enter into canada based on passport, no other document is necessary.

Ofcourse, I am sure you will consult your family doctor before travelling for necessary vaccinations and additional shots if required for the infant traveling to a Malaria notified region.
