Hi. I am sending the Application for citizenship for me and my wife. When I go to make the payment of fees on the cic website, it gives a few choices to choose from. I am not sure about which ones to choose. Can someone please help me with this? Do I also need to pay the $75 for the Citizen certificate?, or Register and Retain Citizenship: $100? Here are options that I see on these website:

Adult Grant and right of Citizenship for person 18 years and older $200.00
Adult Grant (Adoption) and right of Citizenship for person 18 years and older $200.00
Minor Grant of Citizenship for persons less than 18 years of age $100.00
Minor Grant of Citizenship (Adoption) for persons less than 18 years of age $100.00
Citizenship Certificate $75.00
Citizenship Certificate from Outside Canada $75.00
Register and Retain Citizenship $100.00
Search for Citizenship Records $75.00
Resumption of Citizenship $100.00
Renunciation of Citizenship

Adult Grant and right of Citizenship for person 18 years and older $200.00 x 2 =$400

You do not have to pay extra $75 for certificate. It is for people who do not have certificate who are already Canadian citizen.
