i am doing PGDCA right now which i will complete in june this year. after that i am planning to apply for immogration. but as it takes at least 1 to 2 years to immigrate i am also palanning to do MSc . tell me if i will be considered a Master in the educational qualifaction . and will i get extra 3 points even if i am just appearing for msc at the time of application

If you complete your Msc. before your case get initial assesment, then you will not get any points for your Masters.
However, if you complete your Masters and send the updated application and proof to CHC and they receive it before your case is assesed, then you will get the additional points.

BTW, which CHC are you applying in?
I don't think *any* CHC has a timeline of 1 - 2 years now - most are longer, especially New Delhi
