Dear Expert,

I am a canadian immigrant who lives and works in Toronto and recently got married to an Indian girl.

I have valid H1B to USA and she will come to USA this month end on dependent visa.Now I have two questions.

1. I would like to get a Canadian visitor visa to her here in Canadian consulate, USA.Is it possible?What kind of questions she will face from Consulate officers since I am an immigrant?

2.Is it possible to sponsor her for PR while she comes inside on visitor visa?

I will appreciate your Expert level help.

- YOU CAN TRY. NEVER GUARANTEED. NOTHING TO LOSE ANWAY.

What kind of questions she will face from Consulate officers since I am an immigrant?
- WHY? HOW LONG? THEY WILL SUSPECT THAT SHE WANTS TO ENTER CANADA SO THAT SHE CAN BE SPONSORED ...

2.Is it possible to sponsor her for PR while she comes inside on visitor visa?

proof of funds, income tax returns etc

She came to USA on H4 yesterday and I will be going to sponsor her.Since she has H4 visa, will it create any problem to her in canada immig sponsorship?
