Can someone pls tell me, what is the procedure if someone wants to have a baby in Canada on a visit visa, however the father is a landed immigrant but mother is not. What is the cost?

Go to your area's nearest neighbourhood centre, meet to a counseller and ask for the community health centre info in your area. I heaerd that community health centres provide medical treatment even if you dont have Health Card. I dont exactly but they have criteria like you dont have Health Card and family income is low than they provide treatment free.
