OCI card is lifetime. It never expires.
Regarding Canadian citizenship, you need to lookup the residency requirements at http://www.cic.gc.ca" rel="nofollow">LINK

That's good news. Better late then never, as they say.
Since they have reduced the fees for OCI, I plan to apply for it.
The application states "5 stamp size photographs" and then in other area says "5 photographs"-without including the word "Stamp size".
Can some one tell me if it is 5 stamp size photographs or if it is 5 stamp size and 5 more passport sized photographs?
TIA (for your answers)

e). With effect from 04th February, 2008, payment of the fee of US$ 275/- or C$ 421/- for each applicant (US$ 25/- or C$ 40/- for each PIO card holder). The fee can be paid either in U.S. Dollars or Canadian Dollars only through a Bank Certified cheque / Money Order, made payable to “The Consulate -General of India, Toronto”.

Well, PIO Fees still remain the same C$240 vs US$185 for kids!
