the forum is great and helpful for those seeking help
i am a very simple question that is bothering me
if you are mailing/by post your visa documents do you also send them along with the pre paid prepostage envelope for the safe return of your passport or it is the responsibility of the visa offices to deliver safely?? do they take any risk in this ??

No, you don't need to send self-addressed envelope. They send the passport back in their own packet.

No they dont take any risk. They will return it by registered post to you unless your have authorised someone else to receive it.
