hi,
can someone please advise, to bring brother who did not get visa in 2003 under dependent category when i sponcered my parents. due to age and not continuous study.
my parents already got their PR in 2003. brother is also got married and he had one daughter. he is living in india right now.
I want him to come canada, he is right now 34. he is 12th grade and did automobile mechanic course.
please advise what are the chances that he can come to canada either on PR or as a visitor or any other way.
