work visa & Dependents

Dear Experts,
My Brother who lives in pakistan has recently got a job offer to work in canada. He is going through work visa application process. Problem is that our parents are living with him as dependent for past 10 years. Is it possible to include there names in visa application as dependents? But according to work visa application forms, only dependent childern can be included in that category. How can dependent parents be included in visa application?

Please give your advice and opinion and oblige.

They cannot be his dependents as they do not meet the definition of dependents. The only way i could see is filing a seperate sponsorship for them.

plz tell me about the work permit is it posibil to get work visa from pakistan im also intrasted in work visa tell me about your brother how he get it and what was the prosdger how he get the job offer whst is his job

any body can get work visa if he/she is offered a job in canada and got all the required letters for work visa. what's your position?

THANK YOU JASON BUT I STILL NEED MOOR INFORMATION AS ALOAT OF PEOPELS DISCARRIGED ME THAT ITS TOO DIFICULT AND CANADA DON,T NEED ANY PEOPEL FROM OUT SIDE FOR WORK PERMIT THERE IS INSIDE CANADA ALOAT OF PEOPELS LOOKING FOR JOBS THAN WAY THEY OFFER JOBS FOR OUT SIDE PEOPELS
