I had filed my immigration frm Toronto in Nov 2005.I Recently received medical request for my husband and myself..we went to the DMP and got our medicals done. Unfortunately DMP office sent our reports to New York consulate instead of Ottawa Medical Services Center. I got my papers back without my husband's reports and X-rays. I have tried calling NY consulate but in vain, am thinking of faxing them to ask for rest of the documents so we can send it to Ottawa.

Has any one been in such a position before? What to do now? Please help.

I hope u will get papers back from NY Consulate.
But I know these people don't care much.
Importance of those papers only we knows.
What u can do, take all details like Dr.Name, clinic name & address,
date of medicals, papers sent to NY, Courier details etc
Also write letter with all explaination & send this to CIC office
They will either try to contact NY consulate or with this details
they will accept that medicals already done
