Hi Massod,
my brother in law have applied in sept 2001 from CHC delhi under independent cataory. Now today we receiced the letter from canada authorites for passport submission. He have done his medical on third week of april 2003.
Now canada people have said that u can land in canada with one year expiry of ur medical . So submit the same asap.
The problem is that company have send him to UK onsite project. For him it is diffcult to come adruptly. Thorugh we should heve anticipated this situation. Is it fine in case he comes in second week of March & submitted the passports at that time. Is this say 6 weeks margin before the medical expiry is fine as per ur exprince. They (sis & him ) can then move to canada in mid April just week ahead of medical expiry.
Do u think sir, that CHC delhi will deleiver the visa immideatly or with in a month of submission of passports.
Regards

if visas are issued before april 2004, they'll have no choice but to land in Canada before before then.
it is possible for chc to issue visa soon. they can land and return to uk to finish the project.

Hi Sir,
Taking your suggestions further. Now the company is ready to send home back to India for 15 days. Is it possible for us to ask the CHC Delhi for issuing immediately the visa without delay due to the circumstances. They(chc delhi) do not entertain direct contact.
One more thing, My sis too have UK visa on her passport.
So she too can go with him to UK once they get Canada visa. Is it possible for both to take direct flight from London to Toronto (after my brother in law get relieved from the project). So they will not be coming from Delhi but from London to Canada. Is this can be issue with any of the authorities Be it Indian. UK or Canada. &Do they require to take extra precautions (in documents)by moving this way
Regards

doesn't matter where they enter Canada from. London is fine; no need for special 'precautions'.
u can try faxing the embassy and request visa sooner ...they will assess your circumstances and decide.
