Hi all,

I have one question that is making me think a lot...
the situation is described below..please read and help me if u can...

My sister filed for my parents and me under family class..
We arrived to canada on the 17 november 2005...
then in january 2006 my parents left for india ....while they were in india,their US file for immigration was approved and they then went to US in may 2006 after that they came by car(driving ) to Canada and stayed here for one month in august 2006,during their this visit i got a regualr check up done by the walk in clinic...then they went back to US and then in October 2006 they went back to india...
Now they returned back to US from india in MAY 2007...and they came to canada in June 2007 for about 1 week wherein i got their family doctor set up and a regular check up done once again....
Now i have a few questions..
1) does the one month they stayed here in august 2006 count towards their physical stay in canada?..even though they have no official stamps of this in their passports...
2)how many days can they stay here in order to keep the PR status at the same time keep their green card of US since they are bound by Green card to return to US atleast every 6 months
3)how can i go about handling this so that they can safely finish the minimum stay criteria for PR card and also at the same time keep up their 6 month criteria of the Green Card of US.
4) Is it necessary that since i came with them as a dependent child so my citizenship interview will be fallign only when they finish 3 yrs of official stay in canada?
5) i am filing for my wifes sponsoship now,,will all this create a problem for her to arrive here
