Dear Friends,

Is anybody out here who has applied under skilled category from UAE in April 2005? I am interested to know what is the current status for those who applied in the above said time and location. I got my file # in Apr 2005, it was mentioned in the document that it will take 24 months time to get processed. In end of Dec 2006, CHC asked me to submit my presently residing country's PCC and information regarding my funds along with some other documents, which I have submitted very properly and they have received the same much before the deadlines given to submit. It's 26 months now, so little desperate to know what could be the status, or how much additional time I should anticipate.

If any of the folks here have applied in this period please share if you have any information on the probable status on such case or if you have got any feedback from CHC in similar situation

Also those who have already migrated from here can share their experience / point of view in this regard, It will be highly appreciated.

If any of you are in my situation as mentioned in my initial post or any immigration experts in this forum can put some light. Last day I checked with my lawyer he said few cases of March & April 2005 have been issued medical papers.

Please give me your feedbacks if any,what chances/could be the reason for delay for my case

Applicant Location - UAE
File processing started- April 2005 (From London)
December 2006 CHC asked to submit balance documents-(PCC,proof of funds etc)
Presently waiting to know what next, as all the required documents are already submited

If any one is in more or less similar situation, please share your experience.

Senior desi's may also put some light to this situation
