Hello,

I applied two years ago and now about to hear the interview soon. The problem is i hired a lawyer in Canada to pursue my case. Now he is not responding back to me. Phone numbers not working. not replying to my emails. I am worried now and it has been a long time now more than six months since this all has been going on. What if CIC contacts my lawyer and he is not there or he does not tell me about my interview call. Can i take any kind of action against that person. Shoudl i change my address. Rigth now on my file it has his Canadian mailing address. If i change it now and give my pakistani address will it move my file to pakistan? My file is right now in london i applied from kuwait i have work permit. I dont have a mailing address in kuwait so can't give that address.
Also want to ask what r the chances of my file being approved. I am in oil industry. I am driller. and in this field now for 23 years. i have 2 year bachelors degree and thre year mechanical engineering diploma. Wife has 2 yearbachelors and a year beautician diploma. threee kids shown as dependents all studying.
