Ji I came here on student visa, graduated and then applied for Immig, I extended my stay on the basis of Spouse work permit. If I want to go to India and come back do I need visa or any other travel permit???? If yes can I apply for that with in Canada or do i have to go to India??? I have my dependant permit till May 31.

you are ok if you will return before 31 May.
