i personally would not like to poke my nose in pointing out on others. I have more drawbacks than anyone else and will like to do a job to improve myself rather than changing the world.

Lets make this world a better place to live. Its not hard if we start respecting and understanding other.

The last post from Sureshl sees the opportunity and posts the tel. # and the link to the realtor's site.

I can understand this kind of a link coming from a senior cd after hundreds of post. But just 2 / 3 posts and nothing but praise for a particular realtor????? If this is not advertising what is?

I too am in the market for a real estate property. After reading such posts I would never ever contact this realtor in discussion. This discussion sounds just sounds too desperate to me.
