The interesting thing is that the lady who was travelling and hired Babubhai to go to Canada paid Rs. 30 lacs. I wonder people used to pay 30 lacs to come to Canada and that through this channel. This is the reason why the reputation of western countries are like heaven in India and when they land here they felt that they are deceived

There are 2 classes of people who come to Canada.
1. Educated , professional people who immigrate to Canada who come to work and have a decent life. For these kind of people, Many factory jobs await in this land with hard labour. These kind of people have no contacts in this land and do not try to make contacts with other uneducated Desi's working in Factories and doing all the illegal stuff in Canada (meaning people who know how to exploit the system).
2. Uneducated people who have some relatives in Canada. These people are unable to qulaify under immigratiom. They have to be brought illegally (like false marriage, false passports etc...). These people sell their land for a high sum of money and then try to come illegally by paying the money for their fraudent landing. (Sri lankans are masters of this and they pay around 18-30 lakhs for this to the agency which bring them here illegally. The agency will not rest till you set foot in Canada and will try multiple times to suceed free of any further requirement of money untill you set foot in Canada and apply for refugee status. There have been cases in which these illegal people have been caught in 3 rd. party countries - like Hong Kong, Greece etc... They stay and serve their sentences in jail and work in Jail to pay for their return to Sri Lanka and once they land in Sri Lanka, the agency will work to land them in Canada by other fraudent means).
The lady in Question belongs to the second catagory.
Her calculation would be :
2 jobs X 8 Hr. each in factory @ $10 an hour = $3200 per month (before taxes)
Tax = $800
Take home salary per month = $2400
Spending on rent/ TTC / food etc = $1000 (Sharing)
Total saving per month = $1400 = Rs. 53,200 a month.
To repay the bribe she just has to work just 56 months and after this she can save Rs. 53K a month for the rest of her earthy life.
Now for a illetrate person, this is life.

What was your calculation TK? First one or Second one?
I am sure you first category person. Although you first category do you save 53 k per month?
Everybody has their own problem and own calculation TK. Some people leave india for better money while some for better life. I dont think that all people are thinking in the same way.

Member of Parliament Babubhai Katara’s plans went to nought when a woman passenger of the same Toronto-bound plane lost her passport and blamed the airport staff for it...
Member of Parliament Babubhai Katara’s plans went to nought when a woman passenger of the same Toronto-bound plane lost her passport and blamed the airport staff for it.
The Air India staff launched a search immediately to trace the missing passport. When checking the passports of Katara and his “family”, they found that the photographs did not match the face of the passengers.
“They informed the immigration officials and an enquiry was begun immediately,” a Delhi police official said.
“During investigation, the suspicions of police were aroused when Kaur uttered her real name when asked instead of giving the name of Katara’s wife, Shardaben, as given on the passport she was travelling with,” he added.
He said both Katara and Kaur came out with two different tales after being questioned separately by immigration officials.
Initially, Katara claimed that he was travelling with his wife, but upon persistent questioning admitted that the woman was not his wife.
He revealed that Paramjeet Kaur was travelling on his wife’s passport and he had got her photograph affixed on top of his wife’s.
The airport authorities cross-checked and found that Katara’s wife was still in Gujarat.
The BJP MP was arrested with his clients under charges of impersonation, travelling with forged documents and cheating under various sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The case was later handed over to the crime branch of the Delhi police.

New Delhi, Agencies: Some locally made “Viagra” and sex stimulants were recovered from the baggage of MP Babubhai Katara during a search, IANS reports. “We recovered some sex stimulants from the MP’s baggage. He might have kept it for his personal use,” a senior police official said on Sunday.
