STAY AWAY from COMWAVE. They have substandard customer service. They overcharge on bills and when you have to disconnect you will be sent on such a circuit you will be very agitated.

I had a tough time with them and luckily I was able to get out of them.

Do not touch them with a 100 ft pole.

I have been using PRIMUS for almost 1 year ... without any problems.

The only problem is that you can not change any information on web - you have to call them for almost anything & everything.

I have been a customer of comwave for 2 yrs and have not had that many problems with them. I understand that some people do as they always call Comwave and complain asking lower rates ...yelling at the CSR's that are there. I have never had any concerns with them they have always been honest with me. So if you had a problem with them i think that you should not give negativity just because you had a bad experience. I have and will always support a Canadian company over a foriegn one .

i'm using Primus from almost 1 year and i'm happy with the service...customer service is great too..and works well with external answering machine.

I called comwave today for info on rates and plans. I experienced very high pressure selling and all the rep wanted was my email id and credit card info. The usual sweet talk of no contracts and getting out if not happy. Buy I always have and shall in future avoid post paid plans as once you are billed you would have difficulty fighting them. Pay as you call as in Reliance is better.
