can I give my citizenship date to call centre

i am planning to go on vacation in march /april.I am due for oath during that period. Can I call the CIC call centre and tell them to give me oath date after first week of May

You can certainly inform them about your absence, but do not be surprised if they still call you for the oath during that period. It has happened to me, so just warning you.
