Dear All,

Me and my wife are planning to immigrate to Canada. We are considering some consultants/agents through whom we can apply for immigration. We have come across one immigration law firm in New Delhi which promises to get the immigration visa within 12 to 18 months through the arranged employment route. They promise that the High Commission fast tracks the arranged employment cases and thus would issue visa within 12-18 months.

Just want to check if such claims are true? Does it actually happen? Is there anyone who has come through such a route or even heard about it?

Apply direct, dont believe consultants.

It is great help for us..Thru the links, i am also of the opinion that it is not worth going thru the consultants or agents.
but this particular law firm that i have mentioned talks very positive about the arranged employment route and getting the immigration visa in 12-18 months.
this firm is called "Diva Immigration Services"(New Delhi). They also have an associate office in Canada. But they are charging very high.

Please advise if anybody has any idea about this Diva Immigration Services??

If we decide to apply on our own, am just worried that it may take a very long time...

I want to check it out. It will be great if arranged employment is there.

But I faced a fraud with arranged employment and my case delayed a lot due to this kind of act. Be careful. I lost my time and money a lot and still suffering.

I got my PR visa but with delayed time and loss of money.
I am going to sue that guy in Canada.

Hi dont trust on agent'sb'cosiapplied from Dubai, n they told me that it will take 18 to 24 month at the time of application but now when ever i call they say it will take around 34 months.

12 to 15 month is not atall possible.

Nicky, you sound smart enough to do things on your own. Please go through the immigration process on your own. Using consultants and lawyers for something as basic as Canadian immigration is foolish in my opinion.. (unless you have hundreds of complications regarding your case.. and even then)
