Never Lend Money .......... people change colors when they have to return as compared to when they needed it. Recent killing of ACP Rajbir Singh is a prime example.

People say,"look at the action of the person not what they say". but my experience is initially if the actions are telling you something different based on that you make decision. later on changed actions can make you think that your decision was wrong because when person changes their action changes too.

if something is not negotiable - there is no polite way of saying it...dont try to justify or sell the idea. simply state thats something we are not negotiating here. that is of course if you are the owner of the resource!

I believe there is already a book out there on exactly the same theme... even by the same name.. life lessons. i did have a copy, but i think i lent it to someone and now i dont remember who! ( oh... how i dont like that!!!)

so there... dont lend stuff to people who dont bother to return them!
