You may want to call and ask about the processing times. I had to wait for a week for my sons visa. I'm sure nobody was getting their passports the same day (I went last week)

Do we still have consular service available at Kitchener. I went to apply for the Visa August 9th and the doors were locked and there was no notice or sign of availability of such service at Kitchener. Now I am posting the application to Toronto with excess of $10 money order I prepared to avail Kitchener service.

Quite a few things have changed since then. There is no consular service in Kitchener by CGI Toronto. I think it lasted only for a couple of months.
