Toronto is not in top 10 tourist cities of north america, while Vancouver, Montreal and Quebec City made it.

It is not difficult to understand why.

the image of Toronto will not improve unless the current communist mayor is defeated in forthcoming elections and replaced by a pragmatic person, who is really keen on improving the city rather than just bashing out at feds or states.
