i am not masood...but i think minimum requirement is 67 points...i read in one of forum that somebody's visa was rejected coz he had 66 points....he was asked to do french.....buddy im not a consultant......im waiting for my call since over three years now....i keep on reading the views in different forums.....but u must still consult a proffessional...

best suggestion is to take IELTS again if you get 7 in each then you can save otherwise it's in border.

I was falling 5 points short of the required to qualify. I got my PR visa with a interview waiver.

No buddy I am not. Just had a BCom and CA intermediate qualification to show. Honestly, I had forgotten all about the application as I honestly thought I had no chance in hell to get the visa!

I have a couple of questions for you.

Where did you apply your PR from? How long did you have to wait to get your PR? How long ago did you get your PR?

I applied for my PR from south africa. At that time you could file ur applcn from anywhere in the world.

I applied in august 2001, got my visa in march 2004.
