Hi,

One of my relatives in India applied for Immigration about six years ago and recently they received a letter indicating their application was rejected because they did not meet the points requirement (66 points against required 67 points!).

Obviously the family is very upset.

What options are available in this situation?

Anyone has been through similar case?

Any recommended lawyer for this scenario?

I am surprised at your relatives being so desperate to come to Canada when even people who qualify with enough points and come to Canada struggle here after coming here
