why you should have struggled for some time?? Can't you think of someone who buys a ticket soon after landing to try his luck in Canada and then actually wins the jackpot?

Tickets are sold in billions and the price money is in million
I use to sell lotto daily about $1000 to $2000 when I was working in a gas station.
I know one doctor, who use to buy bunch of lotto tickets on weekly basis costing $250 ........................ but he never won so far and still he continues
One guy asked me to give two child tax benefit tickets................I could not not understand what he was asking later he clarified all this lotto money are distibuted to the lower income group people as child tax benefit. I have no idea howmuch is true,but it may be some extent true.
