Hello,

My brother has filed for Canada in 2001 under skilled worker category. Till date there is no news. I want to invite him as a visitor. Does it effect on his immigration file ? And what is the chances for him to get the visa ?

Chances are very slim, if he is a bachelor then very very slim.
