I have not heard any solutions about this, but how do you get someone deported if they used you to come here to Canada (via spousal sponsorship). my wife came here and left me in less than a week. I wrote many inquiries to Immigration Canada, but they have not done anything. She's collecting welfare and agreed to annuling the marriage. If the marriage becomes annuled, how can she stay here? That was the basis of her coming to Canada....

As far as I know this is a personal issue between you and your wife.You put her name on the application form and both of you came together. the only marrages they questioned are the ones that in which the spouse marries after immigration and sponsers the partner. then too if they find nothing fraudulant about the marriage at the time of application you are home free. I know this is not the answert you are looking for. also then I am no immigration expert. but honestly immigration depertment has their hands full already and they cant be bothered about a closed file unless ofcourse she does somthing that is criminal.
