I am april 2002 new delhi applicant under skill catagory. I have come to UK last summer on hsmp visa. I have got another 4 year extention till 2010 as under its scheme for immigration to UK.
My 52 months time period that is given by CHC delhi site for IA is getting over in month time. Currently my whole family is in UK. Under these circumstaces, will you guide me if we can to change mailing address chnage to UK or let it be my parents address in india.
. In principle we would like to get corepsondebce letter or say even Medicals , here in UK. Lest we have to run to india suddenly if any thing comes. Under these thoughts what is best we can do. Can we shift our file to london office & just shifting mailing address to UK is fine or even allowed.
