Yes You are right , this rates are not Vancouver downtown where Apt. is Exp. & Smaller but I am talking of Surrey & Burnaby Where Houses are build on Big Lots & Have several Portions Most of the Landloards are here Indians Or Pak. they Purchased home & try to rent out lower portion to 2 different persons & earn aprox 1100 $ ( 650 + 450 ) or 1000 $ ...Typically this is their Motrage so all first floor portion they are using for their self .

Well Dears ,

Since I have been here in 6 years to reading others Exp. & I read every experiance with intrest. Van. is more then multi cultural Surrey full of sardar ji's & We saw some of great Vesaki mela on streets during 15 Apr. all Roads are closed for Trafic & Pepols are celibrating it on Roads I can not belive that the comunity is so strong & every day new immigrat comming here when you are in Sky train almost every nationalty in every train.

Always I am Support to them who come here with this idea that they have to do every thinhg to servay

Currently SIN is taking 35 days & PR card processing in 30 days Minimum

One advices to you when You are going for PR card Offices will ask you extra picturs , Tell them you don't have extra pictures in such case they will take your Picturs from their Camera so there will be no problem otherwise some time latter they send you latter that your photo is not good & come back again so avoid this situation let them take from their cam.

Pls. all my point are only my Exp. Don't think it is last.
